Off to the Mainland we go, so I have to pause my online menopause journey for a bit. I am still exercising and still trying to be healthy through all of this.

My name is Kristen Petroff. I started menopause on 10/14/2018. I’m in my 6th year and still quite unhappy about it. The high cholesterol, the weight gain…somethings got to change.
